Return Policy

     TO BEGIN A RETURN, COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW. 

     

    • We have a 2 month return policy. If you place an order on January 1st, March 1st will be the last day you can return an item from that order. If you place an order on February 1st, April 1st will be the last day you can return or exchange an item from that order. If you place an order on June 15th, August 15th will be the last day you can return or exchange an item from that order - and so on.

     

    • All refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. After returning your products to us, we will issue a merchandise credit to you by mail in 3-5 business days. An email notification will be sent to inform you that your refund is on the way - you will receive your merchandise credit by mail to the address your order was shipped.

    • To begin your return, complete the form at the bottom of this page. We will reply by email to acknowledge that we have received your request. A return label will be provided to you and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total merchandise credit.

    • All returned or exchanged items must be sent back in the same condition they were received - undamaged, and with the original packaging. If you need to try something on, go right ahead - just remember to keep it clean if you plan on sending it back.

    • If you have not received your merchandise credit within 10 business days from the date it was issued, please contact support@boxcarforever.com.

    • Gift cards are non-refundable (items purchased using a gift card can be returned for a merchandise credit).

     

    • Underwear bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

    • All returns are subject to inspection by our team. All products are inspected before they ship, and we reserve the right to refuse any return if what we receive is damaged or otherwise altered in any way from how it left us. If we refuse, the items you purchased will be sent back to you - and we’ll cover that cost. If we approve your return a refund will be processed less the original shipping cost when applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds can only be issued in the form of an equivalent Boxcar Forever merchandise credit.

    • We’re here for you and at the end of the day want you to feel great about buying from us. Our primary objective is and will always be for you to feel protected while ordering and using our products. Response times listed above are estimates that can change based on the season, order volumes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, please bare with us in the event of an emergency.
